The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for end-to-end project delivery in time, cost and quality. The portfolio comprises mostly GxP relevant projects (>50) and we look for a Project consultant to support project leads in delivering our project portfolio.
You are highly motivated by team activities, able to apply structure but also creativity to get project challenges addressed. Your diligent control and tracking of financials, resource allocations, resource utilization, contract compliance and task completion levels drives communication, delivers transparency and leads to escalation if appropriate. The project lead relies on your input and the project benefits from your organizational talent. You coordinate stakeholder alignment and ensure documented results and follow-ups.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration / similar area
Minimum of 1-3 yrs of experience in project management (office) activities
Experience with ERP / financial systems (SAP) and excellent knowledge of project controlling terms
Superior understanding of Microsoft (MS) tool landscape and expertise in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
