Job Title: Jr/Sr. Interior Designer – Interior Designing – Gachibowali - Hyderabad
Job Responsibilities –
Jr Interior Designer:
Candidate having experience of projects in Turn – Key will be preferred.
Candidates working in the organization of Interior Design & Architects Firm shall be preferred.
Candidate should have in depth knowledge of materials, Cost & sourcing.
Candidate should be from Mumbai, Pune & Hyderabad worked in these cities. Good Quality of Business Development. Exclusively from Commercial Field having worked as independent interior designer
Sr Interior Designer:
Conceptualizing ability as per client’s requirements.
Will have to work as per the new Trends in Interior Internationally.
Would involve alternative design & material choice. Knowledge of Interior Services & Co-ordination with all service integration.
Take the ownership of project & should have ability to complete the project as per client’s requirement in conformity with the time schedule; cost & agreement conditions.
To take full responsibility of the project design, implementation execution & complete satisfaction of clients.
Key Skills: Key Skills:
Should have experience of Turnkey
Preference will be given for experience in projects of Institutional Buildings, Offices, Corporate Offices, Information Technology, Banks, Malls, University Complex & Pharma & Non-residential sector.
Industry: Architecture/ Interior designing
Mandatory: Should be fully equipped with Auto cad, Revit and new software
Should have extensive experience in interior designing of office building, IT interiors, buildings, corporate office interiors, banks and institutional office interiors.
Should have completed as a project owner of at least single commercial project of 50,000 sq ft for Sr.Interior Designer & 20,000 sq ft for Junior Level
Should have Good vision & knowledge of Material. Should be able to estimate the cost involved...Should have extensively worked on interior design, Projects of Commercial nature... Share the portfolios along with CVs
Qualification: 3 years diploma/ degree course in interior full time
Jr Interior Designer: Minimum 3 years
Sr Interior Designer: 7 to 9 years corporate experience
Job Location: Gachibowali- Hyderabad
Working Days: 6 days - 9 AM to 6 PM (2nd & 4th - Saturday -OFF)
Reporting to: Design Head
Qualification: B. Arch 3 years Diploma/ or Degree in Interior Designing - Full time from reputed institute
CTC: 6 Lacs to 10 Lacs
Notice Period: Immediate to 30
