Handling End to End Recruitment process.
Strong sourcing skills and zeal to learn new things.
Proficient Experience on Sourcing profiles through various channels like Job Portals, Social Media, Employee Referrals and Internal Database.
Interacting with the candidate, doing the initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand the job role.
Scheduling interviews like telephonic, Face to Face and Walk-in Interviews to the candidates after shortlisted.
Coordinating Walk-in interviews for candidates attending interviews with in the time.
Collects feedback from interviewers and informing the candidates on the same.
Follow up with the candidates till they join in the company after selected in an interview.
