Excellent communication skills in English to write independent responses to important emails
Calm character, able to prioritize and ensure smooth execution of tasks
Strong liason and people management skills for inter departmental coordination with the company and externally with customers/suppliers.

Job Profile:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners acting as a face of the company in absence or unavailability of company Managing director.
Provide executive and administrative support to MD.
Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of MD including appointments, meetings and travel.
Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the MD, ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required by the MD.
Responsible for managing MDs personal drivers daily schedule in line with MDs daily requirements.
Independently can handle Secretarial activities, Directors Schedule, Travelling, Hotel Booking, Mail Drafting, Dictation, Guest handling, Agreements drafting, Typing, Reception handling.
Responsible for maintaining and implementing systems of the organization as per direction of management.
Handled the tasks of supervising and maintaining financial transactions of the organization.
Manage all client interaction and communication, should front end the relationship with the client if required.
Coach & mentor Team lead so that they are able to manage their teams better.
Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in process
Provide advice and assistance to senior management in planning, implementation and evaluation to existing operations. systems and procedures
