Managing Customer relationships in a positive and professional manner. Be principle interface between the customer and Co-ordinate outages with the customer. Work with the customer on contract negotiations, implementation of new projects and evaluation of project improvements. Resolve issues with the customer concerning billings, plant performance, outages and failure to meet expectations and/or contract requirements. High customer satisfaction with the Company’s services is critically important.
