You will be responsible for recruiting high caliber professionals to join Crowe as we expand our global team. Success will be measured by your ability to identify, attract, and assess applicants. Applicants must be able to demonstrate through experience an ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, and an ability to influence and guide their recruitment efforts through a strategic and consultative approach.
This role is a 6-9 month contract with the potential of converting to a permanent position at the end of the contract period.

Successfully source, screen, interview, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
Manage ongoing candidate relationship during the hiring life cycle
Performing post-offer activities including communications, answering queries, reference checks, new hire paperwork
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS
Participate in special projects / task forces as assigned
Solid direct sourcing / cold call experience
The ability to interact effectively with all levels of professionals in a strategic capacity
A degree or a post graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from a reputed university
2-4 overall years of recruiting experience
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Some experience in campus hiring preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and talent assessment skills
Demonstrated success recruiting in a highly aggressive and competitive market
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office package (primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), the internet, and applicant tracking databases
Exceptional, outgoing interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks/projects at one time
Experience on Behavioral Interviewing techniques preferred
Knowledge of multiple recruiting sources with mastery in one or more
