The Proteus HR team is responsible for making this vision a reality across all HR systems and processes.
Lead and project manage the set-up of the DWS HR Service Centre including:
recruitment, training of new team members
development of processes within and outside supporting systems including Workday
development of Key Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements
liaising with existing DB Operations centre leads to learn and share best practice
Lead the team in day-to-day operations once the centre is set up
Sets objectives and standards to ensure effective operations that can support a safe and productive work environment
Manage escalations with DWS and external stakeholders for complex engagement issues while providing guidance and intervention, as appropriate, to resolve grievances
Work within Service Level Agreements and report regularly to DWS stakeholders
Overseeing the research, development and design of new policies and projects with the aim of introducing best practice and solutions for stakeholders
Support the APAC HR Lead in the set-up of DWS Legal Entities in 5 APAC locations (SCRUM)
Work with the global organisation on best HR practices to ensure compliance to the organization’s policies
Skills and Qualifications:
You will have:
At least 10 years of relevant experience, with track record of driving and supporting high growth organisation
Significant experience in setting up and subsequently running an offshore HR service centre from the ground up
Experience in developing processes, KOPs and SLAs and managing a diverse team to meet them
Previous expertise in leading, managing and load balancing the case management of a service centre team
Ability to train new team members and establish a continuous learning environment
Global experience and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the globe
Working knowledge of labour regulations in our key markets and ideally possess knowledge of legislation impacting a global Asset Manager
