Manage the Financial advisors' both inhouse and in partner locations.
Enhance the quality of advice and quality of leads generated by Financial advisors.
Ensure lead generation is in line with the Demand Index
Ensure compliance with the organization’s objectives when it comes to lead quality
Liaise on a regular basis with Support Functions to ensure issues are addressed in a timely fashion
Provide feedback to the Learning & Development team to ensure any and all knowledge gaps are plugged in a timely fashion
Constantly strive to improve operational systems, processes and policies in line with the organization's goals
Contribute to short and long term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the core management team
Proven track record in developing and managing a highly-skilled, motivated and successful team
Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Performance Management skills
Adept at creating necessary reports to monitor and improve operational efficiency
