1) Understand business objectives for all the Regions and develop Marketing plans for the Regions
2) Develop and propose marketing budget for all the Regions; monitor adherence to the approved plan and budget
3) Develop the annual marketing calendar for all the Regions including event tie-ups, dealer and retailer promotions and other visibility initiatives the organization needs to undertake
4) Scan the business environment on a continuous basis to identify, analyze and capture market trends and share the same with Head - Brand & Marketing and Regional Marketing Managers
5) Understand branding guidelines and ensure accurate reflection of brand identify in all marketing initiatives undertaken in the Region
6) Coordinate with local vendors to customize brand creatives to local requirements while ensuring alignment to Corporate guidelines
7) Identify events or forums with opportunities for participation by Bisleri and inform Head - Brand and Marketing of the same
9) Oversee execution of the BTL marketing activities in coordination with Regional Sales teams including event tie-ups, dealer and retailer promotions and other visibility initiatives
10) Build and effectively manage relationships with media partners
11) Work closely with Sales team to plan and execute new product launches including development of collateral for dealers and launch events, radio and print promotion etc.
12) Monitor adherence to placement and merchandizing norms through regular market audits
13) Provide market intelligence to Sales team for development of trade marketing schemes
14) Provide inputs for the annual manpower plan and budget of the Regional Marketing teams, in consultation with Head - Brand and Marketing
15) Develop the capabilities of Regional Marketing managers to take on higher responsibilities while performing the given/in-charge responsibilities at various levels within the functions
16) Oversee training of teams to meet the requirements of the role
Required Candidate profile
Should be well versed with entire Geography of India
Should have handled a National Trade Marketing role earlier for couple of years
Should have extensive experience in BTL activations
Salary: INR 18,00,000 - 22,50,000 PA.
