We are looking for the following position to expand our team and business.
The Customer Support Executive provides high quality customer service with the objective of being a contributor to customer loyalty and highest possible customer retention, ensuring the delivery of consistent superior levels of customer service to the SanHarABS customer base.
The primary responsibility of the role will focus on serving as SanHarABS customers’ first point of contact via phone, e-Support and/or other media for support related requests to SanHarABS’ products and applications with the key focus on achieving high standards in first contact resolution.
Graduation in any field

Receive telephone calls and manage high volume of work load.
Resolving over 500 enquiries over a week consistently.
Meet performance benchmarks in area of speed, accuracy and volume.
Perform consistent performances thus helping company attain highest customer service ratings.
Quickly understand customer needs and impact and can resolve it accordingly within a short period of time.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the reporting heads.
Possessing excellent product and application knowledge to enhance customer support.
