General Job description:
Day-to-day tasks within the operational goals and standards area with direct and long-term impact on the field of Global Procurement Master Data

Planning and coordination of MDM tasks including problem solving by updating and modifying existing working methods and improve the quality of master data

Communication with internal and external stakeholders / suppliers regarding master data changes and influencing the alignment

1. Overall supplier quality improvements measured as per global KPIS

2. Deliver on periodical reports on time and accurately to make business impact with high complexity

3. Enable overall improvement in quality of suppliers within KC

4. Deliver on global projects which has a bearing on supplier quality and improve savings

Technical Competence:
Knowledge of continuous improvement tools like KAIZEN, Lean 6 sigma etc.
Quality tools like PPAP, FMEA, Gage R&R
Ability to analyse the quality data using Microsoft and other IT tools
Knowledge of Statistical controls
Makes logical leaps as well as incremental steps
Problem solving skills

Role and Responsibility:
Functional support for global Procurement processes according to task assignments from global process owners
Independently Arranges data collection from various ERP and underlying systems into a global reporting tool
Collecting needed certifications from suppliers
Supporting buyers and SM’s to make background checks and pre-assessments including code of conduct
Make supplier quality data analysis, like generating needed reports to support SM, CM’s category heads – before we get this automatic from systems
trend analysis
Pareto analysis
first pass yields etc..
Analysing and handling vendor reclamations
Supporting PPAP processes, handling QIR
Awareness on quality tools – APQP, FMEA, Six Sigma
Drive continuous improvement process including PDCA approach
Coordinating supplier risk screening and assessment
If possible also SPC implementation and monitoring skill
Daily management and reporting out
Participate in global projects with global team and deliver results
Adhoc operational support to ensure efficient Quality management processes
