Roles and Responsibilities
Ø Analyze company's financial performance which include;
o Past financial and business performance & Benchmark these against peers performance.
o Project future performance of the company
Ø Undertake rigorous credit risk analysis encompassing industry / business research and financial analysis of Large Corporates.
Ø Assign Ratings and prepare reports that cogently capture the rationale behind the rating.
Ø Make credit rating recommendation to the Rating Committee.
Ø Ensure adherence to timelines.
Ø Maintain a high quality of analytics and rating committee presentation.
Ø Client Management / Stakeholder Management;
o Discuss with the key management personnel of the corporates being rated to understand their strategy and business model
o Communicate the final Rating to the client
Educational Qualifications : MBA / Masters in Management / CA of 2021 / 2022 batch
Years of experience: 0 to 18 months (post MBA)
