KONE India is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity for you to join our Chennai team, as a Assistant / Deputy Manager Performance & Rewards who would be responsible to implement and ensure the use of reward, recognition and performance management policies, guidelines, processes, systems and practices throughout Unit so that outcomes meet current and future business needs, engage and motivate employees and are consistent with KONE’s desired internal and external market position.
What will you be doing?
Administer bonus program (quarterly and annual).
Work with business team and provide insights to business based on analytics of data performance.
Partner with Finance and business team on getting business data for process of bonus Conduct calls and workshops with employees to understand concerns and also help with the understanding on the bonus.
Responsible for various reward related analysis and dashboard Administer recognition programs as per the guidelines.
Assist and coordinate on merit end to end process.
Provide support for managers and employees on queries relating to reward, bonus and recognition.
Ensure local reward structures are aligned with the total reward principles and that local employment costs are controlled.
Ensure all process are adhered and completed within the prescribed global and local timelines.
Responsible for participating in market survey and understand the market practices.

Minimum 8+ years experience in compensation and benefits.
Expert in Excel, Macro.
Eye for Detail.
Passionate about numbers.
Good communication and need to be in ease to communicate with business.
