What You Will Do : • Provide technical consultancy and solution support to team in related area of technology • Demonstrate sound judgment and ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision and direction is required in order to perform professional and organizational responsibilities. • Trouble shoot and resolved technical issues • provide project consultancy • Keep up to date with the technological changes in the area of application Re-Packaging, image management and distribution • Develop best practices/ process documents in collaboration with the team • Ability to think multi technology and bring wider solutions What You Need : • 3-5 years Expertise in the area of compatibility Testing & application Re-Packaging technologies, tools and processes • Experience in Process Automation • Experience in developing installation packages using one or more of the common Re-Packaging technologies – Install Shield, Wise Re-Packaging Studio, and Windows Installer. • Virtualization tools such as App-V, ThinApp etc.. • Ability to analyze and solve technical problems • Knowledge of Bug Tracking tools, Package Versioning and Package Life Cycle Managing Tools • Proficient in Windows 7 and Win 10 operating systems and good knowledge of file systems and registries • Proficient in toolsets such as Wise Package Studio, Install Shield, Radia, Citrix, SCCM, Altiris • Sound knowledge on App-V, ThinApp any virtualization tools • Proficient in Application Compatibility Tool Kit / Change Base • Proficient in ITIL frame work • Exposure to other OS packaging technologies are added advantage such as MAC, Linux • Sound understanding of the s/ w packaging process, workflow and best practices • Strong domain knowledge of End User Work place management • Strong written and oral communication skills • Pro- active approach, strong team players, • Strong facilitation skills, proven ability to conduct/lead application discussion sessions • Strong problem-solving skills including critical thinking, analysis, negotiation, Ability to work well under pressure and work on multiple projects
