Responsibilities:
Recruiting and coordinating the franchisee to complete the audits and trainings per IAS/EAS requirement and IRCA requirements.
Collecting the required calling data' through internet and other sources.
Contacting the iso consultants & Direct clients over phone for busines association.
Recruitment of Franchisee for ISO certification & Clients for ISO Certification.
Generating the franchisee leads through social media such as LinkedIn, Face book, Twitter and successfully completes the recruitment of franchisees.
Generating the contacts through internet, sending mails and calling the prospective leads.
Achieving the monthly and annual target assigned by the management.
Reporting about the daily, monthly activities.
Training schedule and arrangements.
Fetching the candidates for training through cold calls, bulk mails, social medias explaining the benefits of the training.
Daily updating and Reporting the call details and appointment details.
Follow-up and sign the contract with clients.

Requirements:
Should have good marketing, negotiating and selling skills.
Should have good computer skills like MS word, MS Excel and Internet activities.
Good communication skills to communicate through mail and phone with the clients.
