Roles and Responsibilities:
Be a single point solution to all Qlik technical needs for a Strategic Program
Design complex solutions that leverage and extend capabilities provided by Qlik.
Provide technical leadership and consulting on QlikSense to various stakeholders that include development teams, business leads and analysts, Enterprise Architects and Senior Management.
Aware of Qlik position within the Visualization landscape and how it compares with other related tools and technologies
Lead the Dashboarding team to deliver multiple impactful BI solutions to one or more Vodafone markets
Set standards and best practices to be followed to improve efficiency and performance of Visualisation area for the development teams to adhere to
Evaluate and manage Viz solution suite for the Program
Able to stand in for a delivery manager if situation demands
Support Head of BI Delivery / Practice Head to deliver on BI Strategy
Enhance relevant knowledge in leadership practices
Partner in governance with local markets & deliver to agreed service level agreements
People Management – Play a part in Hiring, development, engagement & retention
Stakeholders Engagement - communication, updates, transition, issue resolution, managing support stakeholders
Processes- Documentation, innovation, value impact & efficiency
Support to Senior Management team
