Job Overview:
Manage the Corporate License Compliance Team, Software License Compliance and IT Software Cost/Cash Management.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage the software portfolio maintenance renewals process, including budget to actuals variance tracking, forecasting and monthly accruals
Provide weekly critical IT vendor payment allocations and cash-out forecasting
Support Internal/External IT software audits requests
Manage the Corporate License Compliance Team
Software License Compliance - Advanced licensing expertise - Microsoft, Oracle, VMWare
Experience and knowledge of the “Snow” License platform
IT Software Cost/Cash Management
Vendor Management
Essential Qualifications and Education:
5-10 years IT experience in License compliance, vendor management, budget management
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Operations Management, or Management
Ability to work as a team member as well as act as team leader
Proven ability to comprehend and interpret complex licensing issues with specific experience of software license agreements
Proven experience with executive level communication and negotiations
Ability to convey liability and negotiate comfortably in emotionally charged situations
Ability to develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and technical aspects of installation, audits, and entitlement reviews.
Ability to sufficiently understand contracts, technical data, and Intellectual Property to convey information in a manner that all can understand.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability.
Exceptional communication capabilities.

Proven ability to work in a fluid environment.
