As a HR Shared Services Executive, you will be responsible for providing first line HR support for employees of the organization. You will bring your technical expertise in partnering with others across the globe to support and achieve critical business objectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on programs such as global onboarding process, various workflow systems, global online platform, exit formalities, as well as supporting various other HR functions. Your experience in supporting employees and other staff will be invaluable in this role.
Maintenance and enhancement of HR system UltiPro (Onboarding activities, Offboarding activities, update Org Charts and life events of employees in the employee database system).
Support employees and managers with complex transaction processing and life cycle event management (e.g. transfers, promotions, employment separations, etc.).
Assist in the creation of off cycle compensation change letters.
Manage Online Learning Platform Licenses globally.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Manage all processes and documentation related to employee life cycle data.
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Handle employee requests through HR ServiceDesk, emails, drop ins and HR calls for different time zones while, ensuring professional and quality outcomes.
Serve as an interface to the HR teams (like Recruitment, Benefits, Learning etc.), HR Business Partners and non-HR functional departments (like IT, Facilities, etc.) to appropriately and effectively resolve/escalate/facilitate resolution of requests.
Solicit regular feedback and proactively recommend and implement solutions to ensure processes and service levels meets and exceeds expectations.
Up to 1 year of experience with UltiPro or a comparable HR Tool/System.
Equivalent experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement.
Familiarity with HR Processes.
Strong excel skills to provide reporting, analytics and performance dashboards.
Good command over written and verbal communications skills.
Problem solving with good Learning agility.
Preferred knowledge of US benefits process.
Certification in HR, Business Administration, or related field are preferred.
