Monitoring and managing a team of Tele–sales executives and driving productivity
Making outbound calls as per industry guide to understand client requirement regarding
business finance in a high-contact Centre environment.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
Go the extra mile to drive sales actively seek out customers.
Identify customers need, clarify Information, research every issue and provide solutions
Suggest ways to improve sales, Cross – sell products.
Listening to and understanding the customer’s requirements.
Provide product / service details & benefits to Customers.
Using front end empowerment tools like CRM, Website as authorized to provide correct

Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to

Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases, referring orders for filling.
Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established
Secures information by completing database backups.

Extremely Hands on in Managing and Scaling Tele–sales Setup.
Thorough Hands on Knowledge of Tele–sales Setup and Key Dialer Parameters.
Disciplined and Team Player.
Able to coach and mentor tele callers.
Pitching to prospective clients and to demo the product to the client.
Working on lead management and following up with leads.
Primary responsibility to create awareness & increase revenue via Tele–sales of Company’s
services for the Tenants.
Regular follow ups with existing customers for requirement of services.
Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with goals
Perform the necessary processes, procedures and verbal dialogues to effectively customize
offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to existing customers
Analyze new and existing client interests, problems, and potential need for new products
Develop and maintain product and service knowledge as well as remain current on
applicable regulations by attending internal training programs
Achieve or exceed decided sales targets set by management
Segregating and assigning leads across the executives
Ensuring that the executives meet the hourly/daily/monthly targets and sending reports to
the manager on the targets achieved
Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, constantly motivating executives driving
them towards incentives
