You will be aligned with our Banking Processes vertical and help us resolve customer queries and provide correct and relevant information.
You will be working as a part of Customer service - Inbound team which is accountable to handle customer enquiries and provide correct and relevant information, assist in complaints resolution, cross sell products and generate leads to ensure customers have access to information and support 24/7.
You will be responsible for Inbound Customer Support where in you will be answering general queries from customers on retail products and generate leads, provide information on customer’s account, credit cards, loans and assist in complaints resolution, promote alternative channels like IVR, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, SMS Banking an
