As an expert in end to end Customer to Cash processes, have a strong sense of ownership and ability to move fast in complex environments and demanding customers
Manage day to day operations of process activities & period end activities
Sharp focus on operational process efficiencies and improvement opportunities leading to customer satisfaction
Responsible for managing reduction of unidentified and unapplied cash regularly
Key point of contact for issue escalations and resolutions.
Structured review and monitoring of processes with metrics driven approach.
Responsible for execution of back up planning / training of resources in the team
Ensuring volumes/queues are managed by adhering to TAT and accuracy
Owns review and maintenance of SOP's.
Creates a conducive atmosphere for the team to operate effectively & efficiently
Workforce planning & leave management of staff, including appraisals & conflict Management.
Participates in all projects relevant to their areas & supports management in all initiatives / adhoc activities
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounting with 6+ years of relevant experience in Accounting/Customer to Cash operations.
Experience AR in a multi-company, multi-currency environment a must
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and AR systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills and exposure to change management
Ability to multi-task and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Ability to drive and motivate team members to achieve business objectives and provide strategic direction to the process.
Ability and willingness to look at processes with a critical eye and seek out opportunities for process improvement.
Adaptable to changes & able to accept new activities/projects as necessary
Must possess and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communications skills
