To oversee the full office administrative operations of the India Sourcing Office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily office administration services, including building facilities management, building maintenance, office renovation, security etc.
Assist to create, improve and maintain office procedures and guidelines.
Source and negotiate the purchase of office supplies, furniture and equipment, and related maintenance contracts.
Implement and reinforce administration policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Identify and address all office maintenance issues and ensure sufficient stock of office and pantry supplies and within budget.
Maintain a good working relationship with internal customers and vendors.
Provide full administrative support to Management in all ad hoc projects.
Organize staff events when necessary.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Diploma or above holder in Administration, Business or related disciplines.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in US buying office or large trading business would be an advantage.
Good knowledge of space management, security, general administration, maintenance of contracts, vendor management, environmental safety and housekeeping.
High adaptability and flexibility to changing business environments, ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Good PC skill, specially Excel, familiar with multiple systems, charts and reports.
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good business acumen.
Fluency in both spoken and written English.
