EY GDS BPM – Advisory – Manager
As part of our EY GDS BPM team, you will help clients develop their digital process automation platform. You will help clients determine the best way to design and develop state of the art applications to optimize business processes leveraging Pega development platform. The global client base spans across industries.
We’re looking for highly skilled Pega Lead Decisioning Architects (Manager) to join the Tech leadership group of our EY GDS BPM Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.
Your key responsibilities
Lead a team of 10+ Pega developers
Actively working on Architecture and Design of the application
Solutioning, Building Assets and Accelerators
Drive Automation and Innovation
Review technical deliverables as LSA/LDA and ensure high quality
Support business development activities, leading pursuits and developing strong relationships with existing clients and onshore team
Demonstrate core consulting skills and advanced level of BPM solutions knowledge to support delivery to the clients
Build decisioning skills at offshore
Contribute in development of intellectual capital in your industry of expertise
Skills and attributes for success
Exposure to standard Pega frameworks such as Customer Service (CPM), Next-Best-Action (NBA), Integration with Project management, Know Your Customer (KYC), Smart Dispute/ Smart Adjust, and any other relevant frameworks applicable to the Financial Services industry.
Sound knowledge on DCO (Direct Capture Objectives), Case Manager Portal and all integration aspects in a standard PRPC environment.
Good understanding of Pega UI (Omni-Channel UX™) development.
Possess strong experience in delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
Proven track record of delivering quality deliverables in/ on time and working in a team.
Good understanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQL.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
To qualify for the role, you must have
BE/B.Tech OR MCA
10+ years of work experience in Pega BPM.
5+ years hands-on experience in DSM and NBA as LDA.
Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant and Pega Certified Marketing Consultant
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) will have added advantages.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Project management skills
Exposure to Pega DSM and Next Based Action.
