Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
7 years of experience in payments, banking or other Financial institutions in areas related to Digital payments
MBA or advanced professional degree.
In-depth knowledge on the workings of Digital Payments. Experience with driving results in a matrixed organization and ability to influence without authority
Excellent analytical skills, creative problem-solving, a sense of ownership, and a proactive can-do attitude. Excellent partnerships and communication skills illustrating the ability to quickly get things done across both technical and business domains

Develop business plans and manage partnerships to offer value added services for Google Pay users. Build relationships with existing and potential financial services partners, manage complex partnerships to achieve business goals.
Own and drive various Reliability initiatives to improve and sustain a high degree of functional and operational reliability for Payments platforms. Work with banking partners on existing and new payment initiatives. Work closely with the product and business teams to help address and improve key payment metrics like latencies, success rates, etc.
