Job Summary:
Salesforce.com Administration
Play a leading role in the administration, customization and development of our CRM, Salesforce.com by finding gaps and suggesting/driving improvements.
Ensure data integrity with the appropriate level of automation, data validation and user training

Reporting and Analytics
Develop regular reporting on key sales metrics and identify trends
Generate ad hoc reports or dashboard to deliver actionable insights to the field team
Provide data analysis support as needed throughout the operations group

Training
Create process documentation to facilitate process adoption
Deliver training

Customer Success Process Management
Assist the Sales and Customer Success teams with order entry and data accuracy
Create, Analyze, and report on customer retention metrics via Salesforce and other financial reporting tools
Drive sales process efficiency by identifying gaps, and evaluating / implementing new ideas, tools or processes
