Experience: 0 – 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing/ Sales/ Marketing/ Finance/ Customer Support/ International BPO/ Call Centres/ Content Writing/Online Research.
Management Training
An intensive classroom cum on-the-job training program for 3 to 6 months will be conducted by senior management team on all functions of the business.
The period of training can be shortened for talented candidates.
On successful completion of training, confirmed candidates will be places in supervisory or customer-facing roles in Operations, Project Management, Digital Marketing or International Sales in Senior Executive or Junior Management cadres.
Candidate Profile:
First class graduate/ postgraduate with relevant work experience or freshers
The ability to absorb new learning and apply it on the job
An excellent academic record
The ability to understand the context through effective questioning & listening
The ability to learn complex concepts and communicate them in an easy-to-understand manner
High energy and great work ethic
Excellent command over English language and grammar, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office suite and Internet research skills
