All constituents of the branch functions in a smooth & build synergy in overall operations of the Unit.-KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Revenue performance • Manages sales officers (SO) to acquire customers and build credit worthy portfolio – Train Sos to create healthy pipe line – Helps SOs build community network – Monitor and manage run-off – Manages SOs to do collections – Monitor payment of loans and ensure SOs conduct regular collections and overdue collections – Go with SOs to collect from selected hard-core errant customers – • Recruits locally and organize pay-roll according to set guidelines Operations • Manages efficient operations of tellers and back-office • Responsible for infrastructure of First India Credit and its maintenance • Responsible for daily reporting of book and performance to State Head Credit approval • Approves credit up to INR 2 Lacs for single customer • Gives recommendation for loans >INR 2 Lacs to State Manager Local micro-market positioning • Build network within community • Leads local marketing and brand building
