Responsible for entire Sales & Marketing activities of Fish Feed (Sinking & Floating) Sales, Feed Supplements & Pro-biotics ) in the mentioned above loactions with the support to team across all Markets with an objective to timely shall achieve the budgeted business targets and Customer satisfaction.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
Promote and extend the area of operations in line with the business requirement
Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization.
Administration of Sales Team by Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control in general and Sales & Marketing cost in particular.
Timely distribution of Feed, Feed Supplements & Veterinary Medicines to the Distributors.
Organize Customer Contract Programs /Farmer Meetings and addressing complaints.

Education/Certifications and Experience:

- Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
Post Graduate / PG Diploma Holder in Sales & Marketing
10-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing Experience and who is having a minimum 5-7 yrs of experience in a Team Leader Level to handle the team of 4 - 5 Sales force.
Experience in Fish Feed / Aqua Medicines background shall be preferred.
Best in the Industry norms.
