Assistant Sales Manager (Male & Female)
A result driven, committed and articulate sales representative with excellent communication skills with a high level of customer satisfaction approach. Multi-skilled with the ability to plan & manage territory while maintaining and developing existing and new customers through ethical sales methods and consistent high customer service.
The candidate should be able covert leads provided by the Company into business and is also able to sell products using the methods of Direct Selling to all segments & institutes. The Candidate should be young, enthusiastic energetic, willing to increase his income fast and has a passion for sales and traveling.

Education & Experience:
Graduate/Post Graduate or MBA (with any specialization)

Two / Four Wheeler:- Candidate must have his Own Vehicle (Two or Four wheeler) and a valid Driving License.
Functional Area:- Product handling, Product Sampling and Product Trials.
Special Job Requirements:
Working on Leads provided by the Company as well as Self Lead Generation
Identifying sales opportunities
Extensive product knowledge
Strong marketing and business development skills required.
Good communication skills and excellent telephone manner.
Have a professional style of communication & ability to build rapport with prospective customers.
Ability to maximize sales activity and increase penetration of all products.
Ability to implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.
Possessing a good team spirit, deadline orientated and having the ability to succeed in demanding sales environment.
Contacting prospective clients, assessing their requirementsthen selling them the company’s products and services that match their needs.
Also responsible for maintaining on going relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
Contacting prospective clients by phone and email.
Identifying the customer's needs.
Dealing with a diverse range of clients in the private and the public sector.
Evaluating competitor activity and developing appropriate responses.
Attending sales appointments at clients premises.
Cold calling potential clients via telephone or personal visit.
Making appointments to meet new and existing clients.
Able to sell to large and small clients.
