Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the CEO – Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation (KSCF), the Executive Assistant provides executive, administrative support, acts as a primary point of contact for internal & external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO – Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation (KSCF).

Job Description (Role Expectations):Responsibilities:
Assist CEO-KSCF to carry out research on various human rights issues. Prepare drafts of notes / report on issues from time to time
Assist CEO-KSCF with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; drafts reports, arranging travel plans, itineraries and agendas, compiling documents for meetings and coordinates oral and written communication
Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items
Communicate directly on behalf of the CEO – Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation (KSCF) with board members, directors, programme staff, and others on matters related to programmatic initiatives as directed

Skills & Competencies for the role:
Excellent knowledge of English both verbal and written.
Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships / rapport.
Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to carry internet research.
Ability to prepare power point presentation.
Previous experience working with development / NGO sector.
Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.

Experience & Education:
Masters in political science or economics or sociology or english.
Candidate with M. Phil degree shall be given preference.
