We are looking for a well-organized, experienced Office Administrator who is passionate, self-starter who can work with limited direction but also loves to work as a team.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
The most important function of this role is to be the initial point of contact for our HR manager in Bangalore to co-ordinate duties in our Kolkata office.
Other responsibilities of this position include:. Provides clerical support, such as:
. Maintaining new employee joining documents
. Maintaining process flow documents
. Scheduling interviews through phone or email, including test preparation for candidates
. Receiving, sorting and distributing mail and courier shipments
. Maintaining professional and presentable lobby, meeting and lunch rooms
. Manage the vacation calendar and attendance function for employees
. Assist with invoicing process, banking duties and vendor payments as required
Provides operational support, such as:
. Coordinating events and logistics
. Reviewing and entering bank deposits
. Taking and reconciling client payments
Performs other related duties, such as:
. Maintaining and replenishing supplies
. Primary contact for the HR Manager
. Maintaining work schedule and equipment assets
