Report Making -Pull out reports based on relevant data maintained.
Database Management- Creating, maintaining and enhancing FIIB records.
PPT creation and preparation of Minutes of the meetings.
Data and record Management and Staff Support.
Provide record keeping and statistical reporting services.
Maintaining files and personnel database
Drafting and Creating Various Reports for the accreditation work assigned by the Registrar office or concerned person
Excellent Knowledge of Word, Excel , PPT & internet;
Good English Communication.
Should be able to draft reports, email and prepare minutes of the meeting.
Should be able to maintain records properly.
Good in written and Communication skills
Can handle pressure and has eye for details.
Hardworking ,Punctual and Disciplined
Flexible in accepting work.
Graduate with minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience
