The Senior Consultant will manage significant client projects for business excellence, client consulting engagements and sales support in the area of manpower planning, manpower deployment, demanding performance, delivering performance and competence development. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating and implementing people development strategic for higher value add.
Accountabilities / Decision Making
Interface and establish credibility with senior level executives in sales and coaching situations
Design and implement large-scale strategic initiatives in given areas which includes manpower planning, manpower deployment, performance management, demanding performances and competence development
Provide sales support for potential clients
Collaborate with TPP team members and other internal partners to meet client needs
Consult with clients to developing performing culture in the organization, where there is focus on creativity and innovation and leadership development
Lead and develop consultants in designing and implementing business performance.
Extensive experience creating and working with people development models
Data collection and interpretation. Analysis of report and presentation to the management
Conduct senior and middle level feedback sessions around results interpretation
Report preparation and submission to the client
Very strong senior level consulting skills
Ability to quickly and accurately assess clients needs and develop innovative solutions
Client level impact: ability to establish credibility as a coach/mentor with most senior level clients (i.e. Company's presidents, CEO, COO,)
Ability to effectively deliver complex, sensitive feedback to management teams and presentation on project.
High degree of business acumen
Proven abilities in team leadership and complex project management
Demonstration of progressive achievement, high work standards, and energy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Willingness to travel as per business need
B.Tech / MBA preferably in HR
More than eight years of business experience
Proven experience in project implementation and revenue generation
