Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) within the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) business provides technology support to a full range of personalized wealth management, investment and retirement products and services to clients across U.S. based businesses including Wells Fargo Advisors.
About the Role:
As a part of the Wells Fargo’s Enterprise Information Technology @ Enterprise Global Services team, this is a mid-seniormanagement position responsible for project delivery for a portfolio of Products/Applications within WIMT Back Office (Operations, Beta/SEI) with functional focus on providing cross product/ utility execution capabilities and BETA/ SEI vendor relationship management. This role involves leading multiple Technology managers and Senior Technologists, provide management and technology direction in context of technology delivery and work closely with senior management for development of business/technology/talent/operational strategies.
Articulate product vision; develop Technology strategy, operating model & roadmaps for WIMT Back office portfolio, with clear objectives aligned with Business, enterprise and WFT strategies.
Accountable for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage multi-release multi-complexity projects.Demonstrate high level of problem solving and analytical expertise.
Directly involved with the Technology Managers in building the Product/ Application Strategy (Road Map etc.) and work towards enhancing value to the larger organization (including taking complete delivery ownership and enhancing stability of the applications from the function).
Responsible for the entire Project management - prioritization , planning of projects and features to meet the stakeholders expectations and tracking of internal & external commitments.
Acts as an expert technical SME for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts.
Collaborate with the Technology Managers, Application Architects and other CoE Partners (included but not limited to DBA, Cloud, Architecture and Application Support teams) for the safety and soundness of the applications, work on delivering Proof of Concepts, generate ideas for Continuous Process Improvements"

15+ years of experience with a strong background in leading large teams with demonstrable success in creating and driving effective transformational change in technology teams in multinational business environments
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Mainframes and Batch.
Preferred hands-on experience in Full stack Java, J2EE / .Net development and Architecture.
