Job Description for Warehouse Incharge
Supervision, Developing Budgets, Safety Management, Developing Standards (SOP's) Managing Processes, Surveillance Skills, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information etc.
Controlling inventory stocks by conducting cycle counts, inventory audits,
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results; preparation of duty roaster and assigning shifts,
Maintaining, receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
Ensuring timely procurement, inward, stocking of goods in the inventory racks as a part of the inbound process,
Ensuring cut off based clearance of orders with timely retrieval, invoicing, dispensing, verification, packaging and dispatch as a part of the outbound process,
Monitoring the Inbound and outbound process within agreed timelines,
Escalation handling and timely reverts on the customer grievances against delivered orders,
Scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
