Be responsible for all sales numbers for Cloud Based POS Software - across hotels & restaurants
Handle all inbound prospect calls to convert them into a positive sale
Handle and manage appointments for product demos (online and in-person) and follow-up as necessary
Close deals with passion to drive numbers and impact the top line in every aspect
Participate in all marketing events, conferences, seminars etc.
Maintain a database of all cold and hot prospects or any inquiries received efficiently
Work independently and add value to customer success in any form
Responsible for sales targets within stipulated expenses and budgets
Cold callings and Generation of leads; Follow up with the leads
Team Leading - Work on the strategy and planning to grow the business and implement it as per the market needs
Success Based / Target based approach
A graduate/post graduate
Should be able to manage inter-team relationships and communications between country leadership & corporate management teams.
The incumbent should have excellent communication skills -
English, Hindi, Marathi
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Should have an analytical mindset and ability to work in a demanding environment.
