Job Summary
* Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients.
* Project Management (all the stages, getting the brief to team brainstorming, creative presentation and packaging as per the brand, coordination between servicing, creative and operations, on-site operations show running, artist management, to post event closures, billing, post P&Ls.)
* Hands on experience in brand development programs that strengthen brand image and launch brand growth in key markets.
* Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
* Hands-on experience of MICE, Exhibitions Stalls, Product Launch, Offsite, and Activations, BTL Activities & Brands Promotion.
* Hands on experience on presentations, negotiation with the client on Costing and closing the deal.
* Generating client reports.
* Client service executives must have strong judgment and decision-making skills as well
* In addition, they should have strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask.
