Education Qualifications First class graduate in any stream, preferably done secretarial / receptionist course from reputed college
Experience Min. 1 to 3 years prior experience in Front Office / Hotel management / Secretarial Position
Remuneration Approx. Rs. 2.5 Lakh to Rs. 5.00 Lakh, commensurate with qualification and experience
Upper Age Limit 30 Years
To manage the reception counter
Handle and assist visitors, vendors and clients and direct persons to correct destination
Deal with queries from the public and customers
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
Data mirroring using cluster technology and fibre optic connection as part of Disaster Management Plan.
Network Security using Firewall, Proxy, Intrusion Detection System(IDS) and Intrusion Prevention System (IPS)
Internet products with built in PKI features.
Dedicated communication channels with built-in redundancies in connectivity to Client Institutions, Stock Exchanges, Clearing houses and Depositories.
