Job Description:
Manging customer account and activation

Providing field customer support for enhancing product efficiency and better customer rapport

Provide technical specifications and product benefit. Ensuring required customer retention %age

Preparing proposals, negotiations and closures on renewals/Up-Selling/Up-Grade
Desired profile

Android Smart Phone is mandatory

Must possess a two wheeler along with relevant RC & DL

Previous experience must be target based.

Min. 10 months of experience in case fresher.

Should be an enthusiastic with the ability to meet revenue targets.

Good negotiating and interpersonal skills.
