A key role is to be part the team that interacts and services customers across various channels (voice, chat, social etc.,) across different life stages (pre-sales, purchase related, delivery, service, warranty etc.,)
0 to 2 years of relevant experience in serving high-value clients
Impeccable oral and written communication skills are an absolute must
Able to work in an ambiguous, internet-speed environment.
Update the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current. Also updating the customer orders in the company database.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers.
Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new products.
Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them.
Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service.
Managing the seller account on various E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry)
Absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact.
