Client Visit Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Will be part of the Client Visit Experience team which is responsible for orchestrating client visits to our delivery center.
Will work very closely with the Sales Community and Delivery team and understand the logistics requirement which includes:
Hotel Accommodation for the client
Ground Transportation for the client
Food Arrangements for the client
Multiple vendor coordination
Raising Purchasing Orders
Report generation for Senior Leadership
Working with vendors to ensure branding execution on the engagement floors
Should be Open to travel within India in other Delivery location, if required.

Skills/Competencies

Graduate with excellent verbal and written communication Skills
4+ years of work experience in similar role
Microsoft office – Excel and word
Ability to self-manage multiple assignments, often with short turn-around times in a fast-paced business environment; ability to anticipate challenges and think quickly to support sales pursuits
To be a people person, as the role predominantly revolves around people interaction
High degree of comfort working in virtual, cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams
Strong Organizational and time management skills
