Role Synopsis
· Review contract specifications & prepare a Quality compliance table for the project covering all project-related design, procurement, manufacture, testing & delivery activities
· Preparation of QITP, WQ, and WPS documents as per client and International Standard Specifications.
· Inspecting, test witnessing of products or goods being manufactured & preparation of QC documentation as per QITP Proserv QHSE Assurance System.
· He/ She will support the definition of quality documentation requirements, and contract deliverables and will direct the efforts of an engineering team to execute the project. In this role, he/she will also work with project managers to ensure clients’ expectations are met.
Key Accountabilities (includes, but is not limited to the following)
· Responsible for all Project QA/QC-related activities.
- Application and continuous improvement of standardized designs, processes, and tools for delivery, monitoring, and reporting of project quality-related work scope
· Ensure detailed engineering outputs from the project engineering team are complying with the clients’ specifications & standards.
· Provide counsel to the team on design practices and standards
· Attend client meetings as required to support the team members technically and ensure client satisfaction and confidence is maintained
· Ensure collaboration between Engineering and other operation functions – Supply Chain, Projects, and Production to ensure correct Design for Manufacture considerations are in place and agreed upon. Promote and encourage cross-functional interaction and initiatives
· Participate in QHSE Improvement Projects/ Directly support all HSE activities in the department
Responsibilities
· Submission of Quality related documents submission as per Project requirements.
· Incorporation of comments in the submitted documents.
- 100% Stage-wise QC inspection activities as per QITP in coordination with Fabrication inspectors. / To liaise with third-party inspectors.
· To arrange third-party inspectors, NDT/Mechanical testing, and liaise with them.
· Prepares and conducts Weld Procedure Qualification with reputable 3rd Parties as per project requirements in assisting QHSE Manager.
· To witness testing of samples in laboratories to verify the international standards.
· Arrange and liaise with class for re-validation of welders’ qualification records
· Inspection with Sub-contractor activities as per project requirement.
· Controls all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.

Key Performance Indicators
· Final documentation submission/approval within 30 days of project delivery
· Develop QITP with minimum TPI/Client witness points
· Identify engineering, and quality issues, and capture this into lessons learned for ongoing/future projects.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Masters’ Degree in an Engineering or HSEQ discipline – preferred
Experience
· 6+ years’ experience in Operations in the O&G Industry
· Working knowledge and familiarity with Lean, ISO, and ASME/AWS/BS Standards.
· CSWIP or AWS plus ASNT Certification holder.
· IOSH Managing safely
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team. /Strong communication skills.

Salary: ₹11,864.00 - ₹50,149.00 per month
