Sr. Process Analyst/Process Consultant- Business Functional Support

Job Description:
The candidate must have experience in following –

  • Managing Functional Support to IFS Users mainly for IFS Distribution Module and Integration with IFS Financial Module
  • Developing and Running SQL queries
  • Resolving day to day errors and queries
  • Update BDRs and maintaining approvals for audits
  • Incident / Request management in ticketing tools
  • Supporting internal teams for blocking issues.
Must Have:
The candidate must have -

  • Experience of 3-8 years in IFS ERP. Knowledge of P2P functional module will be an added advantage
  • Exposure in IFS ERP
  • IFS Financials, IFS Distributions, IFS L1 Support
  • Good communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft office tools
Nice to Have:
  • Good Experience in IFS Support
  • Experience of Service Now ticketing tool
  • Basic knowledge of PL/SQL
  • Experience in SOP / Process document creation
