Detailed job description
Responsible for consolidation of divisional data and submit to review before submission to Group
Consolidated reporting of Management accounts to Group in SAP BO
Preparation of monthly GL reconciliations for key critical accounts forming part of Balance sheet and PL
Consolidation of projects of all the divisions and review of its Profit and loss, balance sheet positions.
Co ordinate with divisions for project cash flows and preperation of consolidated cash flow
Review of consolidated funds position of bank accounts , maintain and monitor froward contract/hedging trackers , bank gurantees and LC positions and submit reports
Preperation of Financials and its schedules for Statutory audits and Tax audits.
Coordinate between the divisions in submission of data, its validation ,submission to auditors and ensuring timely completion of audit.
Consolidated maintenance of all direct and indirect tax status schedules against all open assessments for
Intimate the management on receipt of notices on direct and indirect tax matters and local coordination for pending cases as directed by Head - Finance.
Ensuring maintenance of consolidated fixed assets Register and ensuring periodical physical verification of assets
Support management team with various management information reports as may be required by the operations.
Ensuring appropriate Internal controls are in place for all the operational transactions.
Review of project profit and loss account and balance sheet on a monthly basis
Working with Management team in develop and periodical review of Standard operating procedures ( SOP's), its adherence and practice.
Consolidated preparation of process map of each finance function with basic inputs from each responsible person executing that function.
Working Knowledge of SAP (Mandatory)
Good communication skills.
Reasonable managerial and leadership abilities.
Previous work experience in a MNC.
Previous work experience in project based, Engineering, Companies.
Certifications would be an added advantage.
Knowledge in IFRS.
