The job role of a Customer Care Executive will be :
1. Customer Complaints Handling.
2. Handling Enquiry.
3. Daily requirements of customers.
4. Customer Follow-Up.
5. Taking New Orders.
6. Data entry & Updating CRM.
Skills and Abilities required
1.Must be fluent in Hindi
2.Must Have basic Computer Knowledge.
3.Must be Graduate.
4.Must have at least 1yr experience as a telecaller
