Require a CRM manager to join the business to lead the implementation and post implementation support of available in-house CRM tools. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering CRM to operational areas across the business in accordance with the identified business needs.
Management of new multi-channel lifecycle marketing project.
Reporting at director level, responsible for all aspects of CRM through email, SMS, Push Notifications and other channels including strategy, concept, design, coding, reporting all to drive sales and strengthen brand.
Manage designer(s) and copywriter(s).
Contributing to day-to-day site management, social marketing, website design and marketing strategy
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
3 to 12 years of sales experience in online media industry. Strong experience in influencing, negotiating and liaising with staff at all levels
Demonstrable track record of managing CRM projects to successful completion in large sales businesses
Good knowledge of HTML and e-merge system
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Confidence and good personal presentation
High degree of accuracy/attention to detail
Online gaming (RMG- Real Money Gaming) experience is an asset
MBA would be an added advantage.
