JOB DESCRIPTION - ASSISTANT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER INFRASTRUCTURE & INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
· Lead generation / opportunities across various sectors through outbound lead generation activities (emails, calls, social media etc.)
· Responsible for understanding client needs & pitch our services accordingly
· Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
· Resolving key client issues and complaints
· Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, working on strict revenue targets
· Responsible for revenue generation & maintaining a healthy revenue pipeline
· Tracking various relevant tenders in infrastructure sectors
· Developing presentations & other material for business development
· Developing a robust and credulous relationship between major key clients and company.
· Generating sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling
Desired Candidate Profile:
· MBA in Marketing or Infrastructure Management
· A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Planning will be preferred.
· with 1 – 3 year of experience
· A great communicator (English - oral & written), presenter and influencer
· Demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, sales acumen
· Independent, self-motivated and ability to grow and thrive in a dynamic work environment
· Strong initiator and team player.
· Striking Presentation skills.
