Assistance to Patient enhancing patient satisfaction and aid conversion to Out-Patient Services / In-Patient Services; investigations and treatment. Assigned to: Guiding, escorting visiting Patients and provide a seamless Care process Guiding on pre-requisites, to ensure unnecessary movement over floors configured Referral Management. with respect to investigation as an outcome of the consult Coordinate with the relevant service providers to ensure quality and other process related information, in a language the Patient is comfortable in Answering Patients queries and providing clarification as an when required throughout the course of their process Coordinating between Patients and Hospital stakeholders to enable / facilitate Knowledge of care module for booking appointments, billing / tariff, reports & pre requisites, as required To work amicably, and other health professionals.
