Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience with managing digital marketing campaigns, online measurement and operations driving customer impact.
Experience with pitching digital solutions to clients or direct sales experience.
Experience with technical aspects of digital and programmatic advertising and experience working with product teams on scalable business solutions.
Experience creating and sharing best practice solutions to capture a culture of learning and having impact at scale.
Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal guidance.
Ability to be proactive and take ownership of accounts, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to process large datasets and identify patterns of significance.

As a Search Specialist, you will own the Search strategy for key customers across sales. You will drive Search with Large Customer Sales teams through pitching and activating new products to drive performance. Utilizing Search solutions and customers’ business goals, you will advise them on growing their business and maximizing return on their marketing investment. You will also act as an advisor and consultant that works across functions and alongside global teams, as well as a customer advocate within Google.

Manage a book of business as a Search Specialist, working across sales with in-country teams (e.g., plan, pitch, implement, and optimize).
Dive into the customers' business goals and work with them to lead the conversation on a holistic search strategy. Drive performance for customers and their investment in Google.
Drive conversations on measurement and attribution (working with the Measurement and Attribution specialist) of Search media.
Develop and apply knowledge of market and industry solutions offered and an understanding of products and tools.
