Coordinates and influences the development of a performance culture through sales & service interventions 4. Identifies training needs for the Region and co-ordinates with the central Training team to meet those requirements 5. Conducts Induction programs for the Region 6. Manages the entire Annual Performance Management process for all employees 7.
Creates a `preferred` work place for our employees and fosters an environment where employee behavior is aligned to our values 8. Facilitates talent management and other best practices 9. Coaches and guides the first level Supervisors in leadership and other people practices 10. Facilitates group interventions to solve business problems 11.
Coaches and guides senior managers on people practices, e.g. People development, playing to strengths 12. Facilitates world class service delivery in partnership with the Corporate HR functions like Recruitment, Payroll etc.
